35,000 Jobs at StatsCan

Statistics Canada is hiring for the 2016 Census – they are staffing 35,000 jobs across Canada for a variety of supervisory and non-supervisory jobs between March and July 2016.

The positions require work in neighbourhoods and communities in rural, urban and remote areas in Canada with a rate of pay starting at $16.31/hour.

Applicants must be 18 years or older, eligible to work in Canada, and able to commit to at least 20 hrs/week, as needed.

Candidates should be computer literate and have access to a home computer with Internet capability.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required in certain areas.
