Accessibility and AODA

“The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) is a law that sets out a process for developing and enforcing accessibility standards.”

The government works with industry representatives and persons with disabilities to develop the standards.

The AODA has been developed to help remove barriers and improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
