Championing Diversity

Businesses who champion diversity and inclusion tend to outperform the rest.

Business leaderWhen businesses bring together individuals with a range of experiences, skill sets, and mindsets, new perspectives, strategies and solutions emerge.

In a recent Globe and Mail article, Frank Vettese – managing partner, chief executive and chief inclusion officer for Deloitte Canada – reports that Canadian companies are slow to catch on.

Outdated diversity and inclusion models count, compare and catalog rather than respect, value and utilize the differences between us. Diversity is Canada’s competitive advantage.
